REGISTRATION INFORMATION

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Register securely online and know immediately that you’ve gotten your desired trips and talks.  You can also pull out or copy and complete the center Registration Form of the brochure and return with full payment to the RGV Birding Festival.  A third option is by phone, 1.800.531.7346.  Check, money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) accepted.

Pre-registration must be received by Friday, October 29 to receive a confirmation.  But register early! Field trips in particular have limited and sought-after spots, and some sell out fast.

Your registration packet, containing event tickets and other information (no tickets will be mailed), is available for pick-up beginning Tuesday, November 9:  12n to 5p at the Harlingen Municipal Auditorium (Festival site), 1204 Fair Park Blvd.  After Tuesday, the registration booth is open in time for early morning trips.

The Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival has a well-deserved reputation as one of North America’s premier birdwatching events. Great birds, great people, great hospitality—the RGVBF has it all. The “nature” of the festival organizers is to make sure that all attendees have an enjoyable experience—and that’s what makes this event so special and successful. I look forward to it every year!

Cancellations and Refunds: Please don’t!  We want you to join us!  But if you must cancel, do so by 31 October, either by phone or in writing, and receive a full refund, less the registration fee.  Cancellations received 1-9 November will receive a 50% refund.  Cancellations received  on or after 10 November and no-shows, will not be refunded.

The Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival reserves the right to cancel any Festival activity or make qualified substitutions when necessary.  If Festival organizers must cancel an event, a full refund will be issued, unless otherwise noted.
