The RAPTOR PROJECT at the RGVBF

Jonathan Wood and his vast collection of stunning hawks, owls, eagles, and falcons are a star attraction of the Rio Grande Valley Birding Festival.  He has appeared on many national TV shows, is a Master Falconer, and a licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator.   Along with his wife Susan and his daughter Rachel, the Woods are integral to Festival efforts in reaching our youth and a great addition to the Birder’s Bazaar.  Come on in—get up close and personal, get your picture taken with a majestic bird on your arm, and catch one of the many flight shows, all possible during the Birder’s Bazaar Trade Show.
