GIVING BACK
In its 17 years, the non-profit RGVBF has had significant impact in a variety of conservation and educational fronts–from the saving of an in-city 40 acre native brush thicket to reaching thousands of area schoolchildren. This year a special committee is working to support and foster our local wild parakeet and parrot populations–increasing habitat and food sources, and sponsoring legal protection.
